Oleksandr Pikul lost both limbs during the defence of Mariupol in March 2022. He was evacuated by helicopter. Oleksandr is an absolute hero. However, he is a very modest person and after many operations, he lives with his parents and family in a small village in the Mykolaiv region. Soon, his family is expected to be replenished. We really want Oleksandr to be able to return to a full life, so we are saving up for bionic prostheses of both hands for our hero.
Our goal is UAH 4.4 million, which will allow Oleksandr to develop and install high-quality bionic prostheses. Thanks to them, the Marine will be able to pick up his newborn baby and, at least partially, independently ensure his life in the future.
