On 27.07.2023, a large-scale all-Ukrainian event was held in Vinnytsia, the purpose of which was to draw public attention to the importance of supporting Ukrainian defenders, belligerents and prisoners of war, and their families. The organizer was the Сoordination headquarters for the treatment of prisoners of war. Traditionally, this event was attended by representatives of the Stalevi team, in particular, the head of the Foundation, Tetiana Kharko.
Hundreds of people came to support Ukrainian soldiers who are on the front line or in captivity of the enemy. Activists paid tribute to the memory of the fallen heroes and victims of the terrorist attack in Olenivka. Military personnel who went through the hell of Russian captivity also joined the event. In particular, Yuliia Paievska (known by the call sign “Taira”), Ivan Demkiv, Roman Gorodensky, Mariana Mamonova and others made appeals. In their speeches, they called to believe in the best to the latter, to do everything possible for the victory and speedy return of everyone who is still in captivity, and those who have already returned, to convey the truth to the Ukrainian and international community about Russian crimes and torture of prisoners of war.
Subsequently, everyone had the opportunity to treat themselves to real field cuisine and get theoretical and practical knowledge in four trainings at once: pre-medical care, weapon handling, mine safety and stress relief. In addition, interesting master classes were organized for children, and free medical examinations were offered for women.
